Production and Lean Management
Your electronic components and devices for medical technology will be manufactured in Switzerland. Our employees receive further training in professional development talks and on courses in accordance with a qualification matrix. Our in-house, IPC- and JSTD-certified trainers train our employees in assembly. Employees involved in device assembly are taught by the lean management staff and the department’s experts in our TechCenter. We run courses in work safety and particularly ESD and moisture-sensitive products.
