Together – determined – effective
This motto is our guiding principle and has allowed employees and management to develop together. It complements our conception and definition of the values that are important to us in our everyday dealing with each other in order to work together successfully as a team.
Our motto sets a high standard for ourselves: it gives us orientation, identification, but also helps guide us in how to act – both internally and externally.
Our values and humanity also extend to the events that we like to hold. Whether it’s for birthdays, company anniversaries or the start of production. We think it’s all part of it!
