Project management – certified and agile

In project management, we have employees with IPMA certification and are therefore in a position to carry out projects using classic methods such as the V-Model. We have also been realising projects according to agile and scrum-based methods for many years. In particular, development projects with system character and device design bring us automatically into the role of a general contractor. In cases like this, we also coordinate the work of additional development partners and check the development results in cooperation with your persons responsible.
