Lean management has been an institutionalised value in our company for years now. Shop floor management, KPIs, value stream analysis and the streamlined design of manufacturing islands for efficient and quality-related processes are the tools of our trade. As a member of Swiss IG exact, we are committed to the exchange of know-how and the further training of our experts.

Our employees receive further training during development meetings and training according to a qualification matrix. Our own IPC- and JSTD-certified trainers teach our employees in assembly and placement. Employees involved in device assembly are trained by the Lean management team and the department’s experts in our TechCenter. We run courses in work safety and particularly ESD and moisture-sensitive products.
