Project management

We have project management employees with IPMA certification who can thus competently carry out projects using classic methods such as the V-Model.

In software development projects in particular, we are making increased use of agile development methods to shorten time to market and support sprint or incremental development. This requires new project management methods and documentation.

We are also increasingly working with external specialists, particularly in the device and system development area, and thus also taking on the role of general contractor. You benefit: we are your holistic contact person!
